April 16 & 17, 2012
Regina spoke with some homeschoold groups on April 16 & 17 and to Benedictine College students Tuesday evening about Chesterton Press and the "secret" to its "success" and its mission: Evangelizing the Imagination.

Thursday, January 26, 2012 at 8pm EST. Regina gave a talk on fiction writing: Which Comes first, the Plot or the Character? at the Homeschool Connections Online Conference
Regina says: This classic connudrum was solved by the playwright Lajos Egri, and is the method still employed by Hollywood screenwriters today. With an overview of both story structure and character building, this talk particularly explores the overlooked component that Egri used to tie both together in a satisfying whole.

December 5, 2011 at 7pm - 9pm. Regina was at Theresa Squire's house in Alexandria, VA for food and fun, a discussion of her books and the John Paul 2 High series, and she read part of JP2 High Book 3: Summer of My Dissent.

November 4, 2011 at 12:00pm - Regina will be speaking to the Front Royal Rotary Club about her work as an author, editor, and publisher. WHERE: Holiday Inn Express on Rt. 522 North in Front Royal.

November 3, 2011 at 12:45pm - Regina will be speaking to 7th & 8th graders and their parents St. Mary's Catholic School in Rockville, Maryland about the importance of fiction for evangelizing the imagination.

August 5 & 6, 2011 - "Seductive Evil and Wimpy Goodness: What's Wrong With Our Imaginations".  Novelist and Sophia Institute Press Fiction Editor, Regina Doman spoke about the impoverishment of our imaginations and what we can do about it at the IHM New York Conference at the DoubleTree Hotel in Tarrytown, NY.

August 2 - 5, 2011 - CMN & Catholic Writers Conference - Regina gave talks and networked with other Catholic writers, authors, publishers, and businesses at the Radisson Valley Forge Hotel & Convention Center.

June 23-26, 2011 - Regina's 4TH ANNUAL FAIRY TALE FAN FESTIVAL was held for the first time in Minnesota! Attendees participated in skits, talent show, writing & film workshops, a Murder Mystery Party, Fairy Tale Novel Swing Dancing, and the PREMIERE of "The Shadow of the Bear: The Movie"!  Details and registration form.

June 4, 2011 - Regina and Andrew will be giving talks on Evangelizing the Imagination, Suffering, Fatherhood, and Holy Chivalry at the Kentucky Catholic Homeschool Conference in Louisville, KY.

April 17, 2011 - Regina will be giving a talk on "The Genius of Womanhood" at the "Life After Sunday" Catholic Speaker series at St. Joseph Parish in Cockeysville, Maryland.

April 2, 2011 - Regina introduced her books at the Pennsylvania Catholic Homeschool Conference in Harrisburg, PA.
